L.A. Burdick's Chocolates
If
you’ve never tried L.A. Burdick’s handmade exotic artisan
chocolates, you’re missing heaven on earth. One of our
daughters
insisted we check out a little café near Harvard Square in Cambridge.
She said the cup of hot chocolate was to die for.
It was
near closing time, and the café was jam-packed. We shared a
medium-sized cup. My husband purchased a
beautifully
wrapped box of chocolates.
The next day, we sneaked into
the kitchen. The chocolates were the size of our polished
fingernails. We decided on the Richelieu bon-bon, “a milk and dark
chocolate interior with cherry liquor, cherries and cumin seeds.”
