Sandwiches and Wraps
Hummus veggie wrap...

Sometimes we forget the simple things in life. After years of eating hummus on pita bread and crackers, I wanted something more. Seeing a hummus wrap on the menu of a fast-food restaurant, I decided I could prepare it myself. By no means a cook, I found the recipe easy enough for me. The wrap makes a great springtime lunch!
1 tortilla wrap
1 cucumber
1 tomato
1 red pepper
1 package of sprouts
1 onion
1 container of hummus
Shredded cheese
Spread the hummus on the tortilla wrap. Dice the cucumber, tomato, red pepper and onion (however much you want on your wrap), and then place them on the wrap. Sprinkle some cheese, as well as sprouts, onto the wrap and fold the sides to close it up. Enjoy!
