Brown rice and lentils ...
most people I know, I keep hearing about how I need to stop wasting
calories on simple carbohydrates, which don’t do much for my health.
I’ve played around and came up with a recipe for brown rice and
lentils. It’s a perfect mix of protein and fiber to keep you feeling
full for hours!
Brown Rice – precooked
Lentils – you can find these in your local grocery with the beans or grains
Use 4 parts of brown rice to every 1 part of lentils. Add approximately 1 teaspoon of butter and soy sauce to taste.
